The HR systems are divided into two systems:
- HRNet: used to automate employee-related transactions including:
- Employee’s profile (details, documents, dependent details, etc)
- Payroll (payslips, fixed earnings and deductions, loans, etc)
- E-Request (leave requests, letter requests, education allowance requests, etc)
- HR SAP: used for tracking the employee’s profile (self-filled), performance, and objectives (for yourself and your team in the case of team leaders/managers).
