At Ajman University, the Office of IT is committed to delivering technology-driven solutions that support the university’s Strategic Plan 2022–2027. Between 2023 and 2025, we have implemented a series of enhancements and introduced new technologies to improve academic, administrative, and financial processes across the university.

Through our Digital Transformation and Automation Initiative, we have implemented 28 strategic projects, each directly contributing to AU’s goals of academic excellence, institutional sustainability, student success, and educational innovation.

These initiatives, completed by December 2024, are more than just technical upgrades; they represent a strategic shift in how we deliver services, manage operations, and support our community. Developed entirely in-house, these enhancements reflect our focus on efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement, ensuring that Ajman University remains at the forefront of digital innovation in higher education.
