Referencing System by the Documentation Center

The reference number has four parts as shown in this example: 10/1/1234/2021.

  • The first part indicates the department
  • The second part indicates the document respectively as categorized by the Documentation Center.
  • The third part represents the centralized serial number, auto generated by Laserfiche.
  • The fourth part represents the current year.

So the reference 10/1/1234/2021 indexes the (1234)th   AU document of (2021) and classifies it as from the Office of Finance (10) and is sent to a Bank(1).
