What to Learn

The "What to Learn" section shows all upcoming learning opportunities, including both Voluntary Learning and Required Learning.

Voluntary Learning is optional and allows you to explore and discover a wide variety of courses. These are designed for personal development and to expand your knowledge in areas of interest, giving you the flexibility to choose what aligns with your goals.

**Required Learning,**on the other hand, is mandatory. It includes assignments or courses that must be completed as part of your professional development. These learning activities are assigned by your line manager or the Learning Admin from HR and will be clearly identified, so you can prioritize them as needed.
