Please make sure you have met the minimum technology requirements for Respondus Monitor and completed a successful Mock Exam previously during this semester.
If you meet the minimum technology requirements and you are still facing the same issue, install the camera driver or plug in an external camera. If the issue still persists, then try using another device.
