# 4. Choose Your Preferred MFA Method

To choose the default verification method for your AU email address, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to the [Outlook webpage](https://outlook.com/ajman.ac.ae) and sign in to your AU email address, then click **Next**

2. Enter your password, then click **Sign in.**

3. After you log in to Outlook, click on your profile, then on **View account**.

4. Click **Security info** under the **My account section**, or you can use [this link](https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info).

6. **Select** App basesd authentication - notification.

7. Click on **Confirm**.
