Connect to AU Wi-Fi from Smartphone/Tablets

You can connect to AU wireless network from your Smatphonr or Tablet by following the below steps:

For IOS users:

  1. From your Home screen, go to Settings > Wi-Fi.

  2. Turn on Wi-Fi. Your device will automatically search for available Wi-Fi networks.

  3. Select AU-STAFF network.

  4. Enter your user name and password, then click Join.

Note: You have to enter AU user Id to connect, as an example: a.someone then enter the password accordingly.
  1. Trust the certificate to connect.

After you've joined the network, next to the network, you'll see a blue tick image.png

And in the top right-hand corner of your display, you can see the connected Wi-Fi icon image.png

For Android users:

  1. From your Home screen, go to Settings > Wi-Fi.

  2. Turn on Wi-Fi. Your device will automatically search for available Wi-Fi networks.

  3. Select AU-STAFF network.

  4. Enter your User ID and password.

  5. Click on CA certificate, then choose “Do Not Validate”.

Note: You have to enter AU user Id to connect, as an example: a.someone then enter the password accordingly.
  1. Click on Connect.
