The Information Technology office (IT) works collaboratively with other offices across the University to provide information management and technology solutions to support the Mission and the Strategic Plan of AU. The IT office is located on the ground floor of block A in Sheikh Humaid bin Rashed Building, J2, on Ajman Campus.

AU provides E-Learning services to its members through the IT Office, including:

• University Website;
• Internet (including the wireless system);
• Telephone;
• Moodle System (including the academic advisor and course evaluations);
• Banner System;
• Zoom; 
• Email and OneDrive (Personal Storage on the Internet Cloud);   
• HR systems
