This issue is caused by: Reloding the page during the exam, or poor internet connection.
To help minimize the issue, please follow the below steps:.
- Make sure you have met the minimum technology requirements, followed the details in this article, and completed a successful Mock Exam previously during this semester.
- Restart the computer, and after it restarts shut down all other programs running on the computer.
- Try to attempt the exam again by clicking on “Launch LockDown Browser”. If the issue persists, contact the IT helpdesk.
