This issue is caused by: Randomization of the MAC address for different WIFI connections, or filling multiple device slots on the student account.
To solve this issue, please follow the below steps:
Delete a wireless network profile in Windows 10 by following the below steps:
- Click on the Network icon on the lower right corner of your screen.
- Click on Network settings.
- Click on Manage Wi-Fi settings.
- Under Manage known networks, click on the network you want to delete.
- Click on Forget. The wireless network profile is deleted.
Disable MAC Randomization in Windows 10 by following the below steps:
- Click on the Start button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
- Select the gear icon to go to Settings.
- Click on Network and Internet.
- Click on WIFI.
- Set ‘Use random hardware addresses’ to ‘Off’
