To solve this issue, please follow the below steps:

Delete a wireless network profile in Windows 10 by following the below steps:

  1. Click on the Network icon on the lower right corner of your screen.
  2. Click on Network settings.
  3. Click on Manage Wi-Fi settings.
  4. Under Manage known networks, click on the network you want to delete.
  5. Click on Forget. The wireless network profile is deleted.

Disable MAC Randomization in Windows 10 by following the below steps:

  1. Click on the Start button in the bottom left corner of the screen.
  2. Select the gear icon to go to Settings.
  3. Click on Network and Internet.
  4. Click on WIFI.
  5. Set ‘Use random hardware addresses’ to ‘Off
