All students should perform a mock exam before the actual exam date.
All students should meet the minimum technology requirements, otherwise the IT team will not be able to support any issues the students’ face.
Any ticket from a student for online exams without mock exam attempt will be closed with the following message: Student didn't fulfill the exam requirements.
The IT team will provide a technical report for all students who faced issues before or during online exams.
The IT team will not provide support for iPads.
