To reset your password, please follow the below steps:
- Ensure that your active mobile number is correct in the Admission & Registration records, as an SMS will be sent directly to that mobile number registered in the system. To do that, please contact the Office of Registration.
- Contact the Office of Finance and pay the reset password fee.
- You will receive an SMS to the registered mobile number with the new password within two to three working hours from the received email notification.
Password Policy:
- Enforce a password history of 5 passwords remembered (Each Password should be different from the last five used passwords).
- Minimum password length is 10 characters.
- The password should not contain your Student ID, first or last name.
