To reset your password, please follow the below steps:
- Ensure that your active mobile number is correct in the Admission & Registration records, as an SMS will be sent directly to that mobile number registered in the system. To do that, please contact the Office of Admission & Registration.
- Contact the Office of Finance and pay the reset password fee.
- You will receive an SMS to the registered mobile number with the new password within two to three working hours from the received email notification.
Password Policy:
- Enforce password history 10 passwords remembered (Password should be different than last 10 used passwords).
- Minimum password length 8 characters.
- Password must meet complexity requirements (Password should be complex).
