The system will notify you once an employee completes their self-evaluation. You can either click the URL provided in these notifications to access the performance review page directly or follow the steps outlined in this guide to navigate to it manually.

Before starting the process, please review the important information below:
-
At this stage, employees should not change approved goals, including the goal name, description, or weight. They should also avoid modifying any details in the measurement section, such as the unit of measure, measurement name, or target value.
-
The only changes employees should make are adding their actual values to goals, uploading evidence, and updating the goal status. These updates must be done through the Performance page, not the Goals page.
-
Employees must enter their actual values before evaluating their goals.
-
The correct process is through Career and Performance > Performance. Employees should avoid accessing goals via Career and Performance > Goals.
-
Line managers should make sure to enter the actual values before starting the evaluation of their employees.
Access Performance Module
-
On the Home page, click "My Team", then select "Performance."

-
Click the "End-of-Year Performance Review" document. The employee's name will appear below the performance review document.

Adding Actual Values
The manager evaluation process starts with reviewing the employee's achievements and entering the actual values against the assigned targets for each goal.
Managers are also required to provide feedback on each goal, review any supporting evidence attached by the employee, and rate the employee's competencies based on their observed performance. To complete the employee evaluation, follow the steps outlined in the following section.
-
Once you open the performance document, as outlined in the previous section, click "Update Employee Goals." This will take you to the Goal Center, where you can enter the actual values for each goal.

-
The approved goals will be listed. Open each goal to start the process.

-
Add the actual values in the "Actual Value (Added by Manager)" field, then click "Update Progress" to save the changes.

-
Repeat the same steps for the remaining goals.
-
Click on "Edit Goal Plan" and then go to the Supporting Documents section to download and review any documents uploaded by the employee. If the actual value exceeds the target value, supporting evidence is mandatory and must be uploaded by the employee in the Supporting Documents section.

Evaluate Goals
-
To start evaluating the goals, go back to the Manager-Evaluation page and click on the goal name.

-

The Calculate option in the summary section will provide the average calculated rating for the goals only, excluding the competency ratings.
Evaluate Competencies
-
To start evaluating the competencies, click on the competency name.

-
Add your ratings and comments, then click “Save and Next” to evaluate the next competency.

-

The calculate option in the summary section will provide the average calculated rating for the competencies only, excluding the goal ratings.
