Probation Period Performance Review

The system will send an email to initiate the Employee Probation Period Performance Review.

  1. On the Home page, click on "My Team", then select "Career & Performance".

  2. Select Review Period, then open Probation Period Performance Review

Evaluate Competencies

  • Click "Evaluate" to open the Competencey section and evaluate them.

  • Add your comments to Competency Topics. Once you've completed your ratings and comments, click "Save and Close".

Note:

Repeat the same steps to evaluate the remaining competencies.

Evaluate Goals

  • Click "Evaluate" to open the goals section and evaluate the goals.

  • Add your comments to Goals Topics. Once you've completed your comments, click "Save and Close".

Probation Decision

The probation decision assesses an employee's performance during the probation period, to determine whether to confirm employment or terminate it.

  • Click "Evaluate" to provide Probation Decision.

  • Provide the probation decision (either Confirm Employment or Terminate), add your reasons as appropriate, and click "Save and Close when finished.

  • Click "Submit".
