Article Summary

The objective of this system is convert all the university requests and forms to electronic requests, which ultimately will reduce the use of papers in the university.

The system was made with the intension to be flexible enough to accommodate almost all the requests and forms currently implemented in the university by different departments. Furthermore, this documentation will provide a description and a manual for the end users of the system.

The requester will receive email notification once the request is initiated, approved/rejected, hold, and completed.

Accessing the System

You can access the e-Request system through this link, or through: My AU -> Faculty/Staff -> Online Request System (ORS).

In order to log in to the system, you need to enter your username and password.

Features of the Online Request System

Below is a list of features which can be accessed through the system:

  1. Creating new e-requests.
  2. View all e-requests at any time. 
  3. View the status of each request (pending, approved, rejected, etc).
