The recruitment process is a collaborative effort between Hiring Managers and Recruiters,
aimed at efficiently identifying, attracting, and hiring the most suitable candidate for a vacant position. It begins with the Hiring Manager creating a job requisition to address a vacancy in their team. This can be done by submitting a Requisition request asking to hire a candidate to fill vacant position under his team.

Within Oracle Fusion Recruiting, hiring managers can perform actions using the “Hiring” icon under My Team Groups.
